Summary of the Meeting-Minutes:
1. About 16 people attended this meeting.
2. All major Action committees have been formed to prepare for the Parade. All of these committees are open for more members who are willing to serve.
3. The next Parade is on March 30, 2008. The parade will start at Shatto, and will end at Shatto via Shatto place, 6th Street, Vermont and 4th Street.
4. Next General Body meetings are on December 9, 2007, January 13, 2008 and Jnauary 27, 2008. All General Body meetings are at Shatto starting at 2 PM.

Agenda Discussion:
At first the Agenda of the meeting was presented and discussed. It was unanimously approved. Then the meeting started.
Item – 1: The Action Committees:
All of these committees are open for more members who are willing to serve.

Item – 2: The Parade Route Options:
Major Kutubi made a presentation on 3 different options for Parade route, and those are as follows: (1) Start from Shatto, go via Shatto place, 6th Street, Vermont, 4th Street and back to Shatto. (2) Start from LACC, parade on Vermont and come to Shatto, (3) Start from School near Pardesh restaurant, parade on 3rd street, and come to Shatto. The attendees suggested the 4th option as: (4) To start from a school on 1st street, then parade on Vermont and come to Shatto. After detail discussion on all 4 options, the team decided to go with option (1) to start the Parade from Shatto, and then come back to Shatto.

Next General Body meetings are on December 9, 2007, January 13, 2008 and Jnauary 27, 2008. All General Body meetings start at 2 PM. The location is the Shatto Recreation Center, 3191 W. 4th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020.
