We are delighted to inform you that in Los Angeles, California, the home of nearly 50,000 Bangladeshi-Americans, will proudly hold the first ever BANGALDESH DAY PARADE on Sunday, April 1, 2007 in conjunction with the Independence Day of Bangladesh.

The program of the day is as follows:

1. The Carnival with Stage, Stalls, booths, food, Dignitaries with speeches, Cultural programs with melodious songs and colorful and marathon dances, etc. etc. This is on Harvard Blvd between 2^nd Street and 3^rd Street from 11 AM to 9 PM.

2. The first ever Parade in Los Angeles to celebrate the Bangladesh Day with Joy, Pride, and resounding Glory. This will take place on Harvard Blvd between 3^rd Street and 6^th Street. All organizations participating in the Parade are requested to please report on Harvard Blvd at 6^th Street at 1:30 PM.

We are cordially inviting all Angelino-Bangladeshis with your family and friends to please come forward and join us hand-in-hand, and let us parade together and celebrate together, on this very special day, the BANGLADESH DAY.
